Job Overview
You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of heavy goods vehicles, public works machines, urban sanitation equipment, and agricultural machinery at the Caen la Mer workshop or directly on community sites. Your tasks include diagnosing faults, ordering defective spare parts, and maintaining the workshop.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates hold a CAP/BEP or BAC Pro in repair, heavy vehicles, agricultural equipment, or public works, or have significant professional experience in this field. Strong knowledge in mechanics, repair techniques, and standards is essential. Ability to work with various vehicle systems like engine injection, hydraulics, and electricity is required. A valid B driving license is required; C/E is desirable.
Working Conditions
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in emergencies or severe weather conditions. Physical demands include handling loads over 20kg and working in dusty, noisy environments.
