Job Description
Do you love understanding, analyzing, and solving complex technical issues? As a Technical Expert Advisor, you will be at the heart of the workshop, where advanced diagnostics and expertise make all the difference. Join one of our brands (Volkswagen, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Škoda, SEAT, CUPRA, Audi) through the paid apprenticeship training "Automotive Expert Technician" at Volkswagen Group France Academy. You will be trained in the latest automotive technologies and become a recognized technical expert.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex dysfunctions and failures
- Identify the origin of mechanical, electronic, and electrical problems
- Perform advanced diagnostics using manufacturer tools and procedures
- Provide technical support to workshop teams
- Stay updated with new vehicle technologies and innovations
Training: 14-month alternating apprenticeship with 70% time in dealership and 30% in training, culminating in a nationally recognized professional certification (RNCP TFP TEAVA) and operational Volkswagen Group France certification through the LEMA+ platform. Supported by both an academy trainer and dealership tutor, ensuring high employment prospects post-training.
Candidate Profile:
- BAC PRO MV or BTS MV diploma (Vehicle Maintenance)
- Passion for automotive diagnostics and new technologies
- Team player, curious with strong analytical skills
- Driver's license or in progress
