About Us
We are a solid and family-owned company recognized in the construction equipment sector, acting as a regional dealer for major brands such as Takeuchi, Kramer, and Wacker Neuson, among others.
Your Mission
You will manage the complete spare parts process from customer needs identification to invoicing, supporting the after-sales service. You will be a key link between clients, workshop, suppliers, and after-sales teams.
Daily Tasks
- Customer reception and call handling
- Technical advice on parts
- Stock management of 100,000 parts
- Order processing and billing
Profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in spare parts or similar
- Knowledge of construction / agricultural equipment
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Comfortable with ERP systems
