Key missions:
- Identify and contact qualified VTC drivers
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Present the INCOM model and support clients until contract signing
- Optimize calling scripts and conversion tools
- Participate in field actions like meetings and events
- Collaborate with Operations to ensure smooth integration
Requirements:
- Business school or university student
- Passion for sales and negotiation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in French
- Autonomous, proactive, and ready for startup challenges
- Prior sales or growth experience is a plus
