Job Description
As a Sales Advisor for Agricultural Spare Parts, you will assist customers face-to-face, by phone, and email. Your responsibilities include identifying customer needs, finding spare parts references, preparing quotes, following deliveries, handling returns, updating technical documentation, and promoting new products online. This full-time role is onsite in Gravigny.
Qualifications
- Strong technical interest in agricultural or industrial equipment
- Experience with spare parts, workshops, agricultural stores or dealerships is ideal
- Ability to interpret diagrams and technical documents
- Excellent customer service, persuasive skills, and ability to build client loyalty
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
- Organized, reliable, team-oriented, and motivated for continuous learning
- Technical, agricultural, or commercial training or equivalent experience preferred
- Knowledge of the agricultural sector is a plus
