In this role, you will welcome and assist professional and individual customers both via phone and in-store, guiding them from product choice to order and payment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise customers with technical product information, assess their spare parts needs, offer alternative solutions, and upsell complementary products.
- Promote company services and current promotions to maximize sales.
Candidate Profile:
You have at least 5 years of experience in BtoB and BtoC counter sales, especially in automotive or heavy vehicle spare parts. Passionate about sales and customer satisfaction, preferably with knowledge in mechanics, paint, or bodywork.
