We are looking for a Sales Advisor specialized in Auto Spare Parts to join our Dinan store team on a permanent contract (CDI). As a key player at the counter, you'll guide and assist each customer, whether private or professional, in finding the right parts at the right time.
Your missions include:
- Professional customer reception in-store and by phone
- Identifying customer needs and searching for the right references
- Handling orders including availability, pricing, and lead times
- Providing expert technical advice on products and services
- Collaborating closely with internal teams such as call centers and delivery drivers
