Job Opportunity: Responsible Mechanic in Change, France

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair equipment, diagnose issues, and manage external repairs.
- Coordinate workshop and fleet team activities.
- Handle workshop management including quotes, supplier orders, compliance checks, and stock control.
Requirements:
- Technical diploma (BEP/BAC Pro/BTS) with experience in industrial or construction equipment maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of construction machinery.
- Team spirit, service-oriented mindset, and leadership skills.
