Job Description
Under the workshop manager's supervision, you will maintain, diagnose, and repair recreational boats equipped with inboard and outboard engines. Responsibilities include routine maintenance (oil changes, filters, impellers, belts, anodes, gearcases...), troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic failures, working on diesel and petrol engines, replacing and adjusting faulty parts, performing engine tests and final inspections, winterizing and reactivating boats, installing nautical equipment, and ensuring quality and safety in all interventions.
Requirements:
- Training in marine mechanics, automotive mechanics, heavy vehicles, or motorcycles.
- Proven experience in mechanical maintenance.
- Autonomy, rigor, and team spirit.
- Passion for nautical activities and mechanics.
Plus points:
- Knowledge of Volvo Penta, Yanmar, Mercury, Suzuki, Yamaha, Honda, or Caterpillar engines.
- Basic marine electricity and onboard electronics.
- Driving license B required.
- Boat license appreciated.
