Join our client's automotive distribution sector as an R&D Manager for Embedded Automotive Technology in the 79 region. Lead and support a team of technicians in a new research lab focused on developing innovative repair methodologies for embedded vehicle electronics.
Your mission:
- Cross-functional management of technician team
- Develop Embedded System activities (ABS units, multimedia screens, ADAS systems)
- Test and validate technical solutions for automotive part remanufacturing
- Draft repair processes for various embedded electrical and electronic vehicle systems
- Create a battery repair and refurbishment lab (Lithium batteries)
- Recruit and train specialized technician team
- Design testing benches and diagnostic tools for battery repair
Your profile:
- Electronics background with at least 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong skills in electrical and embedded electronics
- Experience in electric battery repair a plus
- Proficient with IT and diagnostic tools
- Dynamic, rigorous, organized, and innovative.
