Job Description
We are seeking a skilled R&D Manager in Embedded Automotive Technologies to lead our new research lab in the automobile distribution sector. You will manage a team of technicians, drive the development of embedded systems (ABS units, multimedia screens, ADAS systems), and innovate in repair methodologies including the remanufacturing of automotive electronic parts. Key responsibilities include managing technicians, validating technical repair solutions, drafting repair processes for automotive electrical systems, and establishing a battery repair lab specializing in lithium batteries. Ideal candidates have a background in electronics, over 5 years of relevant experience, strong embedded electrical skills, and a proactive, organized approach. Experience in battery renovation is a plus.
