Position and Responsibilities
We are recruiting a Rapid Service Automotive Mechanic (M/F) to join our Marignane dealership on a permanent contract (CDI). Responsibilities include conducting repairs on light vehicles, performing routine maintenance (oil changes, filters), replacing parts (tires, brake pads, batteries, clutch), managing quick service interventions (bulbs, wipers), and maintaining a quality and customer satisfaction focus.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate with CAP, Bac Pro BTS, CQP, or similar in automotive mechanics
- Minimum 2 years of successful experience
- Strong passion for automotive mechanics with a precision work ethic
- Good interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Curious, open-minded, proactive, and eager to learn and explain to customers
Additional Information
- Work hours: 39 hours, Monday to Friday
- Salary: Gross monthly between €2300 and €2500 plus variable bonuses
