As a skilled Public Works Mechanic, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on public works machinery, identify mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, and propose effective solutions. You will diagnose and repair diesel engine, transmission, hydraulic, and electrical system faults both onsite and in the workshop. Utilize diagnostic tools, maintain accurate repair records, and collaborate with your team to ensure equipment reliability.

Profile Required:

• Degree in Mechanics or Mechanical Engineering
• Proven experience with public works machinery maintenance and repair
• Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and transmissions
• Ability to read and interpret plans, diagrams, and manuals
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work independently or in a team
• Preferably holding updated low-voltage electrical certifications (BR/BC/B2V), and CACES certifications (R484 for overhead crane, R482 for forklift)
