Join Our Team as a Public Works Mechanic (TP)!
We are looking for an experienced Public Works Mechanic to work in a dynamic workshop team of 4-5 technicians. You will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of a fleet of construction machinery including excavators, bulldozers, mixers, spreaders, graders, and roller trucks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
- Repair diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electrical systems
- Perform onsite and in-workshop repairs
- Use diagnostic tools
- Maintain accurate maintenance records
- Collaborate to ensure equipment reliability
What We Offer:
- Annual gross salary between €28,000 and €35,000 plus 13th month pay
- Participation and profit-sharing bonuses

Ideal Candidate:
- Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Experience in maintenance and repair of public works machinery
- Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and transmissions
- Ability to read and interpret manuals and plans
- Strong awareness of workplace safety
- Electrical low voltage certifications (BR/BC/B2V), CACES for overhead cranes (R484), and forklifts (R482) are a plus
