Join as a Pleasure Boat & Nautical Mechanic!
Under the workshop manager’s responsibility, you'll maintain, diagnose, and repair pleasure boats equipped with inboard and outboard engines. Your tasks include:
- Routine maintenance (oil changes, filters, turbines, belts, anodes, gearcases)
- Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
- Working on diesel and gasoline engines
- Replacing and adjusting defective parts
- Engine testing and pre-delivery inspections
- Winterization and recommissioning of boats
- Installing nautical equipment
- Maintaining intervention records with quality and safety compliance
What we need:
- Training in nautical, marine, automotive, truck, or motorcycle mechanics
- Initial mechanical maintenance experience
- Autonomous, rigorous, and team-oriented
- Passion for nautical mechanics
Plus points:
- Knowledge of Volvo Penta, Yanmar, Mercury, Suzuki, Yamaha, Honda, Caterpillar engines
- Marine electricity and onboard electronics basics
- Driving license B required; boat license appreciated
