As a Parts Sales Advisor, you will work closely with the Parts Service Manager to boost parts sales and ensure customer satisfaction. Your key missions include advising and selling parts, tools, products, and accessories, managing billing and customer claims, organizing the self-service area, handling inventory and stock management, and maintaining safety standards.
