We are looking for a New Vehicle Sales Assistant for a temporary mission. You will support the sales team in managing new vehicle sales. Your daily tasks will include updating client files, tracking orders, organizing deliveries, and handling administrative tasks related to sales. This position is onsite in Aubagne.
Qualifications
- Commercial skills: Experience in sales management and the ability to contribute to sales processes and objectives.
- Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
- Customer service skills: Ability to provide quality customer service and professionally address client needs.
- Technical skills: New vehicle registration, invoicing, order entry in our DMS.
- Additional qualifications: Knowledge of the automotive sector is a plus, along with proficiency in software tools (CRM, Excel) and strong organizational skills.
