Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and repair of mechanical systems onboard and in the workshop
• Preventive maintenance activities such as cleaning and lubrication
• Replacement and repair of defective parts
• Testing and adjusting mechanical systems
• Overhaul of diesel engines and pumps
• Diagnosing wear and faults
• Supervising a small team and ensuring quality control
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
