Join a dynamic naval construction and repair company as a Naval Onboard Mechanic M/F

Become part of an exciting environment at the forefront of ship maintenance and repair operations. You will handle mechanical systems both onboard and in workshops, performing preventive maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, and supervise a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair mechanical systems on ships and in workshops
  • Conduct preventive maintenance like cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments
  • Repair or replace defective mechanical parts
  • Test and adjust mechanical systems
  • Work on shaft lines and DIESEL engines (assembly/disassembly)
  • Overhaul pumps (water, oil, fuel)
  • Diagnose wear and failures
  • Support team supervision and quality control
  • Enforce safety rules onboard and in the workshop

Candidate Profile:

  • Technical training in naval mechanics or equivalent agricultural experience
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Knowledge of shipboard safety standards
