Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance and repair of mechanical systems onboard and in the workshop
- Preventive maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, adjustment)
- Component replacement and diagnostics
- Supervise and mentor a small team
- Ensure safety standards compliance
Requirements
- Technical training in naval mechanics or equivalent experience
- Ability to read technical plans
- Knowledge of shipboard safety regulations
- Team spirit and autonomy
