Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair mechanical systems
• Conduct preventative upkeep such as cleaning and lubrication
• Disassemble, repair, and replace defective parts
• Test and adjust mechanical systems
• Work on diesel engines and shaft lines
• Oversee pump revisions and diagnose wear and faults
• Lead a small team with quality control and supervision
• Ensure safety regulations are followed onboard and in workshops

Profile:

• Technical training or equivalent experience in naval mechanics or related fields
• Ability to read and interpret technical plans
• Knowledge of onboard safety standards
• Team spirit and autonomy
