Join Our Team as a Naval Mechanic M/F!
We are recruiting for a leading European player in naval repair. As a Naval Mechanic, you will perform mechanical maintenance operations on ships or in workshops, including propulsion installations, steam systems, and ship deck equipment.
Your Missions:
- Maintain propulsion systems (shaft lines, propellers, stabilizers)
- Work with steam installations (turbines and auxiliaries)
- Handle deck apparatus and cargo equipment
This position offers flexible contracts (temp or permanent) with varied schedules including nights and weekends.
What We Expect:
- Effective team collaboration and communication
- Mastery of technical vocabulary in French and English (desired)
- Organizational skills and safe handling of hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic tools
- Ability to read and apply technical plans and manufacturer instructions
- Flexibility for shift work including nights, weekends, and holidays
