Job Description
Our client is a well-established player in the maritime sector, specializing in technical activities related to ship operation and maintenance. We are looking for a Naval Mechanic to join a dynamic team on a temporary basis. Reporting to the Regional Technical Manager, you will handle maintenance and troubleshooting of shipboard equipment, including communication, navigation systems, and electric propulsion. You will ensure preventive maintenance, support crews in routine upkeep, and participate in technical stoppages, both aboard ships and at shore installations. Candidates with strong mechanical skills, autonomy, rigor, and teamwork spirit are welcomed, preferably with some naval sector experience. A driving license is required. This full-time interim position offers hourly gross pay between €15 and €16. We encourage applications from all candidates including those with disabilities.
