Join Our Team as a Mechanic!
We are looking for a full-time Mechanic to join the MAT POLE team based in La Ferté-sous-Jouarre. You'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy equipment, ensuring their availability and safety. Tasks include troubleshooting, proposing technical solutions, performing repairs either in the workshop or at client sites, and maintaining detailed reports and workshop organization.
Qualifications:
- Skilled in preventive maintenance to prolong equipment life
- Experience with mechanical maintenance and repair on various equipment
- Knowledge of heavy machinery, including hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions quickly
- Technical training (CAP/BEP/Bac pro or equivalent) in mechanics, industrial maintenance, or construction equipment
- Ability to read plans and schematics is preferred
- Rigorous, safety-conscious, autonomous, team-oriented, and clear communicator
