Job Description
As a Mechanic reporting to the after-sales manager, you will diagnose complex faults (electrical, electronic, or mechanical), perform necessary repairs, maintain diagnostic tools, communicate with technical services, manage spare parts orders, and test vehicles post-repair. You will ensure adherence to manufacturer repair methodologies and contribute to the service's quality and profitability objectives. Ideal candidates hold a BAC pro in mechanics, TEAVA professional title, or BTS in automotive mechanics. A keen interest in electronics and new technologies, strong customer service skills, rigor, conscientiousness, efficiency, and professionalism are important. Some vehicle movement within the dealership will be required.
