Mission

We are recruiting a replacement for our retiring vehicle park manager with a support period for a smooth transition.

Responsibilities

• Maintain preventative and corrective servicing for light vehicles, commercial vehicles, heavy trucks, public works machinery, green space equipment, and specialized tools.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic faults.
• Identify non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
• Perform repairs, adjustments, technical internal controls, and testing.
• Organize and prioritize workshop interventions.
• Manage stock of parts, consumables, and tools.
• Suggest organizational, equipment, or procedural improvements.
• Monitor workshop cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
• Keep administrative tracking and schedules up to date.
• Manage regulatory deadlines and supplier relations.
• Participate in budgeting and financial monitoring.
• Oversee washing area maintenance and related contracts.

Profile

• Strong knowledge of light and heavy vehicle mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, and embedded electronics.
• Skilled in diagnostic tools and regulatory standards.
• Ability to read technical plans and utilize office tools.
• Autonomy, rigor, responsibility, availability, discretion.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Training in automotive or heavy machinery mechanics (CAP/BEP/Bac Pro/BTS).
• Confirmed workshop experience, preferably in public sector or heavy works.
• Mandatory driving licenses B and C; EC and CACES 1 and 4 are a plus.
