Job Description
As a military-status Mechanic, you will participate in routine maintenance and repair operations of petroleum infrastructure, equipment, and specialized vehicles of the Operational Energy Service. You will be responsible for vehicle repairs during external deployments and may assist in refueling military aircraft. You will protect storage sites, convoys, and military camps while regularly deploying on external operations. Benefits include 9 weeks of leave, 75% discount on SNCF travel, housing, meals, and potential pay increases up to 2.5 times during deployments. Ideal candidates have practical skills, organizational ability, autonomy, and are aged 18–30 with French nationality.
