Your Role as a Mechanic As a Mechanic, you'll be responsible for daily maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of hydraulic equipment, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, parts replacement, adjustments, and functional tests. You will work both in the workshop and onsite, following strict safety and quality procedures. You will also document interventions and collaborate with the team to continually improve work methods.
Qualifications
- Proficient in general and preventive maintenance on hydraulic equipment or similar machinery.
- Skilled in disassembly, component replacement, reassembly, adjustments, and testing.
- Experience with heavy machinery (construction, agricultural, or industrial equipment) is valued.
- Strong diagnostic skills for mechanical, hydraulic, or basic electrical faults.
- Technical training in mechanics, hydraulics, or industrial maintenance (CAP, Bac Pro, or equivalent) with ability to read plans and diagrams.
- Rigorous, safety-conscious, autonomous, a team player, with clear and professional client communication skills.
