Job Description

CAVAC DISTRIBUTION is looking for a passionate Mechanic specialized in park and garden equipment for our Gamm'Vert store in Challans. You will perform maintenance, diagnose faults and repair thermal and battery-powered equipment such as lawnmowers, chainsaws, and robotic mowers. Your role includes customer reception, repair processing, invoicing in collaboration with the parts manager, and working within established standards. A strong interest in new technologies, especially robotic mowers, is a plus.
Requirements:
- Degree in mechanical maintenance or equipment repair
- Proven experience in workshop repair of park and garden tools
- Expertise in diagnostics and repairs on 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines
- Familiarity with battery-powered equipment and new technologies
- Interest or skill in after-sales service of robotic mowers is highly valued
- Meticulous and autonomous work ethic
Contract Details:
- Full-time fixed-term contract (CDD), 35 hours per week
- Duration: 4 to 5 months
- Competitive monthly gross salary ranging between €1950 and €2100 depending on profile
