Job Description
You will ensure the mechanical maintenance of installations during the off-season and operate industrial equipment during the beet harvesting campaign. From February to August, you work as a mechanic: controlling, diagnosing, and maintaining entrusted equipment, disassembling, repairing or replacing parts while following best maintenance practices and Quality, Safety, and Environmental guidelines. You will also propose improvements to improve reliability and optimize equipment. From September to December, you will operate a sugar workshop: managing production start-up, operation, and shutdown, adjusting settings to meet challenges and goals, and collaborating with other workshops to ensure smooth production flow. Initial contract of 6 months. Qualification (BEP) or experience in industrial or agricultural mechanics required. Team spirit, autonomy, responsibility, and a desire to progress and contribute to continuous improvement are essential.
