We are recruiting a Ground Mechanic (M/F) for a leading aerospace construction company. Your missions will include mechanical and hydraulic assembly, flight control adjustments, system connections, torque application, engine equipment handling, and troubleshooting support.
Key Qualifications: Technical English, SAP skills, rigor, teamwork, punctuality, and respect for aircraft cycle times. A minimum of 18 months experience and relevant aeronautical training (BAC PRO or CAP) are required.
Compensation & Benefits: Fixed hourly rate plus 10% end-of-assignment bonus, 10% paid leave bonus, collective and individual bonuses, profit sharing, weekly advances if needed, rapid integration, training & career progression opportunities, plus exclusive aids and services (health insurance, housing, childcare, transport).
