Under the supervision of the Pole Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a fleet of 14 garbage trucks. You will coordinate internally with management, administrative services, foremen, collection agents, and bin washers, and externally with parts suppliers, equipment manufacturers, and external service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the good condition of the vehicle fleet and guarantee sufficient vehicles for daily routes
- Perform basic and major mechanical maintenance and repairs
- Schedule mechanical interventions and monitor their completion
- Manage spare parts and stock
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers
- Contribute to fleet organization and renewal strategy
Profile Required:
- Hold a CAP/BEP or BAC Pro specializing in heavy vehicle and earthmoving repair
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic mechanics and electricity
- Manage hygiene and safety standards
- Must have B and C driving licenses plus up-to-date FIMO and FCO certifications
- Able to work under noisy and dusty conditions, with heavy loads
