Job Overview
Take charge of maintaining and repairing a fleet of 14 waste collection trucks under the supervision of the department manager. You will work closely internally with management, administrative staff, supervisors, and collection agents, and externally with parts suppliers, equipment manufacturers, and service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform first-level maintenance and mechanical follow-ups.
- Schedule and ensure completion of mechanical interventions and routine maintenance.
- Conduct daily checks and troubleshoot vehicle breakdowns.
- Manage external service providers and maintain parts inventory.
- Participate in vehicle park organization and renewal discussions.
Candidate Profile
- Holder of a CAP/BEP or BAC Pro in heavy vehicle/trade repair, with proven experience.
- Solid knowledge in hydraulic mechanics and electricity.
- Hold driving licenses B and C, and valid FIMO and FCO certificates.
- Willing to handle physically demanding tasks in challenging environments.
