Job Overview
As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of a fleet of 14 refuse collection trucks. You'll work closely with management, administrative services, and external suppliers, ensuring that vehicles are in optimal condition for daily routes. Key duties include planning mechanical interventions, diagnosing and repairing breakdowns, managing parts inventory, and overseeing subcontractors.
Candidate Profile
We seek a candidate with a technical grade in territorial technical staff, a CAP/BEP or BAC Pro specialized in heavy vehicle repair, and significant professional experience. Strong knowledge in hydraulic mechanics and electricity is essential. You must be rigorous, organized, communicative, and hold a valid B and C driving licenses plus up-to-date FIMO and FCO certifications. Willingness to work under service constraints, including winter conditions, and perform physical labor in demanding environments is required.
