Mechanic Position (M/F)
Under the authority of the head of the department at Régie, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of a fleet of 14 garbage trucks. You'll work closely internally with hierarchy, administrative services, supervisors, collection agents, and bin washers, and externally with parts suppliers, equipment manufacturers, and service providers.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct first-level maintenance and mechanical follow-ups
- Plan and execute mechanical interventions
- Diagnose and repair faults methodically
- Manage external contractors and suppliers
- Maintain and organize spare parts stock
- Participate in fleet renewal and organization planning
Profile:
- Holder of a CAP/BEP or BAC Pro in heavy vehicle repair, mechanical engineering, or equivalent
- Strong knowledge in hydraulic mechanics and electricity
- Rigorous, organized, safety-conscious, and communicative
- Valid B and C driving licenses, FIMO, and FCO certifications
- Willing to work in varied environments with occasional heavy lifting
