Join CAEN LA MER as a Mechanic (F/M)!
Under the supervision of the pole manager, you'll maintain and repair a fleet of 14 garbage trucks (BOM). Collaborate internally with various teams and externally with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure optimal vehicle availability. Your responsibilities include mechanical follow-up, planning interventions, diagnosing issues, managing parts inventory, and overseeing subcontractors.
What we look for:
- CAP/BEP or BAC Pro in heavy vehicle repair with solid hydraulic and electrical mechanical knowledge
- Valid B and C driving licenses, plus FIMO and FCO certifications
- Rigorous, organized, communicative, and safety-conscious
- Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a dusty, noisy environment
