Join CAEN LA MER as a Mechanic!
Take charge of maintaining and repairing a fleet of 14 refuse collection trucks. You'll coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure vehicles are always ready for their routes. Ideal candidates have a CAP/BEP or BAC Pro in heavy vehicle repair, strong hydraulic and electrical knowledge, and hold B and C driving licenses with up-to-date FIMO and FCO certifications. Enjoy a structured role involving maintenance planning, stock management, and technical troubleshooting. Opportunities include working in varied environments and occasional travel for off-site repairs.
Requirements: Rigorous, organized, excellent communication skills, and able to work in dusty, noisy conditions. On-call duties and participation in winter operations required.
