Job Overview
Join CAEN LA MER as a Mechanic responsible for maintaining and repairing a fleet of 14 garbage trucks. You'll coordinate internally with hierarchy and staff, and externally with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure smooth operation and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and mechanical repairs
- Plan and track interventions and stock of spare parts
- Diagnose issues and coordinate with external providers when needed
- Ensure vehicles are ready for daily assignments
- Manage stock and deliveries of parts
Candidate Profile
- CAP/BEP or BAC Pro in heavy vehicle or public works repair
- Proven experience in mechanical hydraulics and electricity
- Rigorous, organized, and good communication skills
- Valid B and C driving licenses, current FIMO and FCO
- Ability to work in challenging environments with physical demands
