Job Opportunity: Mechanic (M/F)
Join CAEN LA MER as a mechanic responsible for maintaining and repairing a fleet of 14 garbage trucks. This role involves both internal coordination with various teams and external contacts like suppliers and subcontractors. You will ensure vehicles are operational for daily routes through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. The job requires a CAP/BEP or BAC Pro qualification in heavy vehicle or construction equipment repair, solid knowledge in hydraulics and electricity, and relevant driving permits (B and C with FIMO and FCO). Candidates should be methodical, organized, and ready to work in a physically demanding, noisy, and dusty environment. This is a stable position linked to a public entity, with on-call duties and possible travel for off-site repairs.
