Job Opportunity: Mechanic (M/F) - Full-time Permanent Contract
Join a dynamic team as a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic in a company specialized in the treatment and disposal of non-hazardous waste. Your key role is to ensure the availability and safety of trucks, boxes, and machinery through diligent maintenance and repairs. Work full-time in rotating shifts with potential for on-call duties. Competitive hourly pay between €13.70 and €15.50 based on experience, plus monthly allowances.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults on heavy and utility vehicles
- Perform repairs, part replacements, adjustments, and functional tests
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance
- Log interventions and report anomalies
- Maintain safety procedures and workplace order
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in heavy vehicle or light vehicle mechanics with a strong desire to specialize in heavy vehicle mechanics
- Training or equivalent experience below BAC level in automotive or heavy vehicle maintenance
- Knowledge in electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Additional licenses (CACES, heavy vehicle licenses) are a plus
- Team spirit, rigor, adaptability, and service-oriented
