You'll work closely under the Workshop Manager within a skilled team, diagnosing and repairing machines on-site or in the workshop, performing maintenance and servicing new and used equipment, and training clients for optimal operation. Ideal candidates possess technical agricultural training with experience in agricultural mechanics, heavy machinery, or trucks, and demonstrate strong skills in mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, and electronics.
