Job Opportunity: Mechanic for Heavy Vehicles and Machinery (M/F)
Join the Parc Matériel service of the Caen la mer urban community, city of Caen, and CCAS! Your main mission will be to manage, maintain, and repair a variety of heavy vehicles including trucks, agricultural machinery, public works equipment, and urban cleanliness engines. You will work both in our well-equipped workshop at La Cotonnière and on-site across multiple locations.
Key tasks include diagnosing faults, maintaining hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems, and ensuring the workshop is well organized. Candidates with CAP/BEP or BAC Pro qualifications in heavy vehicle, agricultural or construction machinery repair, or significant industry experience are encouraged to apply. You should be rigorous, well-organized, communicative, and safety-conscious.
A driver's license B is mandatory; C/E license is a plus.
