As a key technical expert in our workshop, you will handle complex diagnostics and high-value technical operations. You'll be the go-to specialist for maintaining manufacturer standards, performing repairs, upkeep, technical support, and ensuring quality and profitability goals are met.
What you'll do:
- Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults
- Use and maintain manufacturer diagnostic tools
- Conduct repairs and regular maintenance
- Support team members with technical advice
- Communicate with technical platforms
- Perform vehicle testing before and after interventions
- Keep intervention records and manage spare parts
What we’re looking for:
- Qualified in automotive mechanics
- COTECH certification is a plus
- Minimum 5 years experience in automotive after-sales
- Strong diagnostic and computer skills
- Analytical, rigorous, autonomous with team spirit
- Customer service oriented
- Valid driver's license B
