Job Description
As a Maritime Chief Mechanic, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining onboard installations, organizing regular maintenance of propulsion engines, ship equipment, and general upkeep. You will manage the ship's inventory and perform daily safety rounds with the captain. When possible, you will assist with passenger safety and deck maneuvers. Positions are based in Bénodet, Concarneau, and La Forêt Fouesnant from June to late August. Candidates must hold a valid Chief Mechanic certificate (750kW, 3000kW or higher) and have prior experience as a Greaser, Mechanic Worker, Chief, or Machine Lieutenant.
