Job Description
As a Maritime Chief Mechanic onboard, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining onboard installations. You will organize and carry out routine maintenance on propulsion engines, ship equipment, and general vessel maintenance. Additionally, you will manage the ship's inventory and conduct daily safety rounds in coordination with the captain. When your machine tasks allow, you will also assist with passenger reception, safety, maneuvering on deck, and ship upkeep. Positions located in Bénodet, Concarneau, La Forêt Fouesnant from June to late August. Requirements include a valid Chief Mechanic certificate (750kW, 3000kW or higher) and previous experience as a Greaser Seaman, Mechanic Worker, Chief or Machine Lieutenant.
