Job Description
As a Maritime Chief Mechanic, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining onboard installations, performing routine maintenance of propulsion engines and ship equipment, managing ship stock, and conducting daily safety rounds in collaboration with the captain. You will also assist with passenger safety, deck maneuvers, and vessel upkeep as tasks permit. Based in Bénodet, Concarneau, and La Forêt Fouesnant from June to late August. Candidates must hold a valid Chief Mechanic certificate (750kW, 3000kW or higher) with prior experience as a Greaser, Mechanic Worker, Chief, or Machine Lieutenant.
