Work primarily on pleasure boats from 10 to 20 meters in a collaborative environment where teamwork, rigor, and mutual support are valued. Start with teamed assignments and progressively enhance your skills with internal training and team support. Enjoy a stable schedule (Monday to Thursday 8am-12pm/1pm-5pm, Friday until 4pm), no overtime, weekends, or night shifts. Competitive salary from €2,000 to €3,000 net monthly based on experience, plus 4 annual bonuses and high-end health insurance.
