Job Opportunity: Marine Chief Mechanic (M/F)
As the Marine Chief Mechanic onboard, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the vessel's machinery. Your tasks include routine maintenance of propulsion engines, ship appliances, and general onboard maintenance. You'll manage ship stock and perform daily safety rounds with the captain. When possible, participate in passenger safety, deck maneuvers, and vessel upkeep.
Location: Bénodet, Concarneau, La Forêt-Fouesnant Period: June to end of August
Candidate Profile:
- Valid Chief Mechanic certificate (750kW to 3000kW or higher)
- Previous experience as Greaser, Mechanic Worker, Chief or Machine Lieutenant desirable
