Marine Chief Mechanic (M/F)
As a Marine Chief Mechanic onboard, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the ship’s equipment. Your duties include routine maintenance of propulsion engines, ship fittings, and overall maintenance onboard. You will also manage ship inventory and perform daily safety rounds in collaboration with the captain.
When possible, participate in passenger welcome and safety, as well as deck maneuvers and vessel upkeep.
📍 Location: Bénodet, Concarneau, La Forêt Fouesnant; from June to the end of August.
Requirements: Valid Chief Mechanic certificate for 750kW, 3000kW or higher. Previous experience as Greaser Sailor, Mechanic Worker, Chief, or Machine Lieutenant is desired.
