Job Description
As a Marine Chief Mechanic onboard, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining onboard equipment, organizing routine maintenance of propulsion engines, ship devices, and general maintenance. You will manage ship stock and conduct daily safety rounds with the captain. When possible, you will also assist with passenger safety, deck maneuvers, and ship maintenance. Positions are based in Bénodet, Concarneau, La Forêt Fouesnant from June to the end of August. Required valid Chief Mechanic license (750kW, 3000kW, or higher) with prior experience as a Greaser Sailor, Mechanic Worker, Chief, or Machine Lieutenant.
